A highly configurable services to individual client or industry communities based on specific needs in terms of content, process and functionality.

All supplier information is published for clients or communities to search, analyse and report online through a standard Internet browser, and can be exported into other applications or processes.

Supplier information can be managed in stages depending on the risk of supply and therefore the type of information and extent of validation required.  The level of supplier risk is determined through a configurable automated risk-based heat map defined with the client.

Stage 1

All suppliers complete a more basic registration questionnaire online through a client, community or Hellios branded portal.  This typically includes the corporate information and compliance needed by any type of supplier to your company to support corporate governance and internal processes.

Stage 2

Medium and high risk suppliers complete a more detailed questionnaire (PQQ) online including uploading supporting documentation where applicable.  Our expert team quality check and validate all information with the supplier to ensure the highest quality, currency and accuracy.
