*If your organisation is an autonomous small, medium or micro-sized enterprise (SME) then registration on FSQS is subsidised. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are based on the meaning as defined in the EU recommendation 2003/361 and consider any consolidated figures should the enterprise belong to a group of companies.

** Non-UK suppliers based in EU countries must have provided a valid non-UK EU VAT number, otherwise a VAT-inclusive fee will apply.
Payment Details
To avoid any delays in processing your Stage 2 Qualification application please check that the amount paid matches the amount that is notified to you by email once Stage 1 has been completed, including VAT at the prevailing rate for UK suppliers.
Upon receipt of payment a VAT invoice will be emailed to the person registered as the primary contact in Stage 1 Qualification. Your Stage 1 Qualification, including acceptance of our terms and conditions, must be complete before we can process your Stage 2 Qualification application.
Credit or Debit Card
The fastest way to make payment is via the FSQS questionnaire application – just click the ‘Payment’ button on your supplier dashboard after you log in. Payments may be made by Visa, Mastercard or Amex. Online payment transactions are processed securely through Sage Pay and Hellios does not store any card details.
Bank Transfer
Payment may be made by BACS/CHAPS.
Please ensure that you include your Unique ID in your payment reference to avoid any delay to identifying and processing your payment.
