Please note this is an exclusive member-only conference. Attendance is only open to members of the FSQS community.

Refund policy
Please note tickets are non-refundable, we do allow a name change on the ticket. To make a name change email fsqslive@hellios.com at least two weeks prior to the conference date with the name and contact information of the person who will be attending in your place.

When you purchase a ticket to FSQS Live, as part of the buying process, we will collect the personal details you give us such as your name, address and email address. We will also collect the name and email of the individuals you register as attendees for the event. About the Business Design Centre


The Business Design Centre is a renowned events venue located in Islington, London. Housed in a beautifully restored Victorian building, it offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern facilities.  Conveniently situated just ten minutes from King’s Cross St Pancras, the centre is easily accessible. 

Getting Here

You’ll find the Business Design Centre right in the beating heart of Islington, with excellent public transport links to Central London and national destinations.

If you choose to cycle to the BDC, we offer free cycle storage in our on-site car park. You can also rent Santander bikes from several hire stations in the Islington area.

It’s easy to reach the BDC by car – and although we’re a stone’s throw from Central London, we’re not in the Congestion Charge zone. Visit our Parking section to find our address for your sat nav and to pre-book your parking space.
