Simplifying Carbon Reporting for SMEs: Euroquartz's JOSCAR Zero Experience 

Euroquartz needed a cost-effective, structured approach to decarbonisation, as collecting and validating emissions data was complex and external consultancy was too expensive. 



Who are Euroquartz?

Euroquartz manufactures specialised Radio Frequency (RF) products, including quartz crystals and military clock oscillators. With a team of 12 staff, efficiency is critical. They hold AS9100 certification, ensuring high-quality standards and regulatory compliance while aligning with broader ESG principles through responsible practices and risk management. Requests for carbon footprint data were increasing, and they needed a reliable system to manage this information.

Before JOSCAR Zero, navigating carbon reporting was overwhelming for an SME like Euroquartz. They lacked the resources to dedicate full-time staff to an ESG and carbon reduction programme.
