Who are Athora?

What was the challenge?

Lack of resource to write individual questionnaires to all suppliers.

Keeping up with changing regulations within DORA.

Preparing Information Register submissions on time.

By collecting vital information from ICT suppliers including policies, accreditations, controls and risk assessment information, FSQS-NL made meeting the DORA deadline possible, allowing Athora's team to focus on their value-add exercises. 

With FSQS-NL taking the responsibility of collecting the DORA Register of Information data via Service Specific Questionnaires, Athora could focus their efforts on preparing their return for the regulators by the deadline.

FSQS-NL buyer community invited 400 suppliers to register their DORA Register data through FSQS-NL. Which took suppliers an average of just 18 days from invite to complete.

With communities localised to geographical regions, Athora benefit from FSQS questionnaires that are tailored to the Netherlands and the UK, with each questionnaire governed by a dedicated working group focussing on local issues.
